Flavours of Italy
During the past few days, our students have been very busy nourishing their body and soul, traveling a deep journey through the immense variety of sounds and flavors that characterize Italian culture.
Between taranta workshops and cooking classes, they had the opportunity to discover typical regional dishes, ancient traditional dances, internationally renowned desserts and mesmerizing rhythms. Thanks to the skills of extraordinary teachers, our students have been able to recreate the fascinating atmosphere of a music and dance festival of the deep south of Italy as well as the exquisite flavors of a typical Neapolitan lunch... All this seasoned with lots of fun, laughter and friendship!
Enjoy our pictures and videos from the taranta and cooking workshops!
