Danza Rapa Nui
On Wednesday, a group visited the Museo Fonck in Viña del Mar. The museum featured artifacts from Rapa Nui (Easter Island). Our instructor, Tamara, shared a presentation about the history of the island and then taught us some traditional dances. In particular, we learned a dance to prepare for war. We loved the rhythm and movements. Māuru-uru ("thank you") Tamara!
