Emily Lin

Hello! I'm Emily. I grew up in the beautiful state of Iowa and studied Chinese for over 10 years throughout high school and college. I love all things China- the language, the culture and the people. This is my 10th time to country and I'm excited to get to know Shanghai. Knowing a second language has opened doors for me as a student and professionally that I could have only ever dreamed of. More importantly, knowing Mandarin has allowed me to get to know some of my closest friends on a very personal level and I feel honored to be able to get to know someone first hand in their native tongue--it's priceless!!
