Jacqui Bassett

Jacqui is a born and bred Scot from Edinburgh. She has a master’s degree in international development from the University of Edinburgh and a degree in psychology from the University of Aberdeen. Jacqui has dedicated her career to cross-cultural relations and is passionate about international education and youth empowerment. Before joining CIEE, she ran her own freelance consultancy and prior to that she spent more than twenty years traveling the world with the British Council, including spending four years based in Washington, D.C. Generally, Jacqui likes nothing better than meeting new people and proudly introducing them to her home country of Scotland.
