Getting to Camp

Whether or not you attend the U.S. Arrival Meet & Greet, you will need to get specific travel instructions to get to your camp. These will be provided to you either by your home country representative before you have left home, by CIEE at the Meet & Greet, or by your camp.

First-Time Participants Attending Meet & Greet

CIEE will send you Meet & Greet instructions no later than one week prior to your departure for the US. If you have not received your instruction at that time, please contact your international representative. When you arrive at your Meet & Greet location, CIEE staff will provide you with further information on where a staff member from your camp will pick you up and how to get to that pickup point.

First-Time Participants Going Directly to Camp

CIEE will send you travel instructions from your camp no later than one week prior to your departure for the US. If you have not received your instruction at that time, please contact camp.
