Application Process

CIEE will provide applications to both host organizations and international participants, as well as answer any questions you might have about the application process. The application should be filled out with as much detail as possible. This will ensure that your application will be processed quickly.

In addition to the application, you may also be asked to submit some additional documents to show your eligibility for the program. These additional documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A copy of your passport
• An invitation letter from your host organization
• Proof of funds
• A university diploma

It is important that all information provided in both the application and any attachments is complete, current, and truthful. Additionally, any documents that are not in English, such as a diploma or course list, must have an English translation submitted with them.
