CIEE is excited to announce the Leading Change in Latin America Student Award! In response to our partners' feedback, we are committed to increasing student interest in Latin American (LATAM) programs. As part of this initiative, we are offering 100 fully funded awards for students to participate in any of our semester programs in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026. With newly added programs in Buenos Aires, Santiago, Chile, and Yucatan, alongside our existing offerings, students have a variety of enriching opportunities to choose from. In addition, the application fee will be waived for all students applying to any LATAM programs in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.

Please submit your nominations by March 1, 2025, for Fall 2025 programs and by September 15, 2025, for Spring 2026 programs.

This award is not limited to high-need students, although preference will be given to those who might not otherwise consider studying abroad. Recipients of this award will serve as ambassadors, sharing their experiences through digital storytelling, social media, and other creative means to help reintroduce and generate awareness of our LATAM locations. We encourage you to nominate deserving students who you believe will excel in this role and benefit from this opportunity.
