CIEE International Faculty Development Seminars often increase the participants awareness or interest in a certain topic. The in-depth nature of the region, culture, or topic at hand results in an increase in knowledge, and often in an article or research project related to the subject.

When possible, we post these articles to allow others to see how participation in an International Faculty Development Seminar allows one to explore interests and open eyes to global issues shaping the world today. And, often results in research that has a positive impact on one's professional life.
