CIEE Educating for Global Competence

In 1988, the Council on International Educational Exchange convened a group of experts to examine the international educational scene and make projections and recommendations for its future in the United States.

The findings of this distinguished group was hailed for the depth of its vision and its clearly-presented blueprint for enhancing international education.
