Let our experienced recruiters take the hassle out of overseas hiring for you. Each year, CIEE Recruiters hire more than 3,500 students for businesses like yours after face-to-face interviews with candidates in their home countries. If you need smaller numbers of students or are not able to travel overseas to hire students, consider CIEE Recruit.
CIEE Recruit starts up to six months before students arrive—we complete your hiring before your busy season begins. In advance of the hiring season, your CIEE Recruitment Consultant works with you to understand your hiring needs. CIEE then advertises your jobs overseas, targeting qualified students. We conduct interviews on your behalf, assessing English ability and qualifications, and answering all of the applicants’ questions.
After the students are hired, CIEE will provide you with your students’ resumes, ratings on their English proficiency, and notes from the interview.
