Display Guidelines
- All display units must fit within the confines of the area of the table.
- Equipment that requires additional electrial power, such as video players, computers, or displays with lighting may incur an additional fee. Contact CIEE for additional information.
Advertising Options
Advertising options available for the 2007 conference include ads in the conference program or inserts in the final registration packets:
- 1/4 Page Ad (4.5"x6") - $300
- 1/2 Page Ad (9"x6") - $500
- Full Page Ad (9"x12") - $800
- Registration Packet Insert - $750
Artwork for all advertisements must be received by CIEE no later than September 1, 2007. Contact conference2007@ciee.org for ad specifications. Registration packet inserts must be received by CIEE no later than October 1, 2007.
