Afternoon Wine Tasting and Tour: Cave Spring Cellars in Jordan Village
Saturday, November 17   1:30pm-5:30pm   ($90)

Only an hour outside of Toronto, the Niagara region is known the world over for producing award winning wines. Travel with your guide to Jordan Village, where you will visit Cave Springs Cellars. This winery has a reputation as one of Ontario's leading producers of premium wines, with all of its wines bearing the VQU prestigious mark. Specializing in Riesling and Chardonnay, the winery boasts extensive vineyard holdings along the renowned Beamsville Bench with vines dating back 30 years.

Participants will taste the wines and tour the winery. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore historic Jordan Village.


St. Lawrence Market and Old Town Toronto
Saturday, November 17   2pm–4pm   ($35)

This unique two-hour tour includes a guided walk through St. Lawrence Market, where you will hear about its fascinating 200-year history, stopping along the way to sample food from a variety of vendors. After covering the Market, participants will walk around Old Toronto, including stops at the Farmers Market, St. Lawrence Hall, Toronto's First Post Office, and St. James Cathedral.


Historic Distillery District
Saturday, November 17   4:30pm–6pm   ($40)

Founded in 1832 by brothers-in-law William Gooderham and James Worts, the Gooderham and Worts Distillery eventually became the largest distillery in the British Empire. Set on 13 acres in downtown Toronto, the forty plus buildings constitute the largest and best preserved collection of Victorian Industrial Architecture in North America and is a national historic site. After exploring the Distillery District and learning about its fascinating history, participants will enjoy a brief refreshment before returning to the hotel.
